Overview
CareRev is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses in New Mexico who are ready to work on their terms. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in fast-paced, high-acuity settings, using your expertise in patient assessment, critical care, and clinical decision-making to support safe, high-quality care.

Requirements
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an ICU RN.
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
- Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
- Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
- Experience with Covid ICU protocols, CRRT and/or ECMO are a plus.
Pay: $64.00 - $72.00 per hour
