COMPENSATION
Base pay: $18/hr
Plus commission: Most technicians average around $25/hr total
Full-time hours with consistent schedule
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Because we're new to the Twin Cities market, the ground floor is wide open. We're actively building out our team and promoting from within. Strong technicians have a clear path into Sales, Sales Manager, and General Manager roles as we expand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Cleaning Technician, you're the face of Coconut Cleaning Co. in the customer's home. Day to day, you'll:
- Run carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning jobs from start to finish
- Make sure every cleaning meets our quality standard and the customer is happy before you leave
- Recommend products and add-on services that genuinely improve the result
- Be the "cleaning expert" customers can trust and ask questions
- Build rapport with customers and leave them wanting to refer you to their friends
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Clean driving record (required, no exceptions)
- Able to work 6 to 12 hour days
- Strong communicator who's comfortable talking with people
- Good attitude, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work
- No prior cleaning experience needed. We train you from day one
