Maintenance Technician
The Position: We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all safety guidelines.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years direct work experience in Industrial Maintenance or Associate degree related towards Maintenance
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Predictive maintenance knowledge and utilization
- Industrial mechanical (motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, etc.)
Experience preferred:
- Electrical schematic, wiring, and control knowledge
- Familiarity with PLCs and VFDs
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support through troubleshooting equipment faults to diagnose problems and complete repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on all Production and Building systems
- Minor structural, crane, and electrical repairs
