Pay Range: $ 57,000 - $60,000 per year

As a supervisor, you will lead and support a team of in-home specialists who provide services to youth and families in need. You will mentor staff, guide case management practices, and ensure high-quality service delivery while supporting positive outcomes for the families we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Provide weekly individual supervision with staff, including case reviews and performance evaluation
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management
- Assign referrals in accordance with program standards
- Accompany field staff to meetings and court hearings when needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
- Carry a partial caseload
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
