Responsibilities
- Restock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and utensils to ensure seamless service during busy hours
- Assist bartenders by delivering garnishes, ice, beverages, and other items swiftly to maintain momentum
- Clear tables and bussing duties to keep dining areas clean and inviting for guests
- Support food runners by delivering dishes promptly from the kitchen to tables with care and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling garnishes as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively nightlife or hospitality setting
- Experience with bussing, serving, is beneficial
