AT&T Client Associate Responsibilities
- Assist business clients and customers with account enrollment, account updates, and wireless service sales support
- As an AT&T Client Associate, build and maintain strong client and customer relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service
- Develop knowledge of wireless products, internet service plans, and business solutions to effectively support client sales needs
- Support customer retention efforts by ensuring client satisfaction, resolving concerns in a timely manner, and process sales orders with care
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that align with client goals
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
AT&T Client Specialist Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, business development, sales, or telecommunications related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
