Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell vacation packages, resort stays, travel memberships, and promotional offers to prospective clients.
- Build rapport with guests and identify their vacation needs and preferences.
- Conduct in-person, phone, or virtual sales presentations.
- Explain package features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
- Overcome objections and close sales professionally and ethically.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions, destinations, and company offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in hospitality, travel, tourism, timeshare, or customer service industries.
