FieldBridge is looking for a CNC Programmer in Rosharon, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay/Schedule: $21- $25/hour | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Great opportunity for OT available. At $25/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,300 gross.
Position Overview
We are seeking an early-career CNC Programmer to support machining and programming activities at the Rosharon, TX facility. In this role, you will set up, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC machining processes, read and interpret precision measurement data, and follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for a machining technology graduate, apprentice, or foundational CNC technician looking to develop long-term skills in a precision manufacturing environment. TCC Controlled Technology check required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CNC machining and programming activities including setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Read and interpret measurement data using precision metrology equipment including micrometers and calipers
- Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and company-specific machining techniques
- Learn and apply CNC programming practices including FANUC controls and Mazatrol software
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout all machining operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Machine Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant machining experience, apprenticeship, or technical training considered in lieu of degree
- 2-5 years of machining experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers
- CNC programming experience preferred; familiarity with FANUC controls and Mazatrol a plus
- Knowledge of G-Code programming desirable but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to established processes
- Ability to lift and move components weighing 40-60 lbs
- Forklift experience a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
