You’ll provide 24-hour support assisting with grooming, meals, appointments, and daily routines; while creating a clean, caring, and stable environment. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about hands-on care and helping others thrive.
Maintain a clean, healthy living environment for the residents general living area, and to assist with residents as appropriate in maintaining a clean bedroom area, to include the proper storage of their personal items.
Provide oversight, prompting or hand on care as appropriate with personal task such as laundering clothes.
Provide training and assistance in the monitoring of health, nutrition and physical condition.
Continuously implement all program goals relating to the individual’s plan of care.
Report observations to management and/or clinical staff.
Coordinate transportation for community events and for those who are not able to navigate the public transportation system.
Monitor and document consumers behavior for issues that might lead to a medical and/or psychiatric crisis or emergency.
Monitors the consumers health and safety daily
