What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Test systems to confirm proper operation
- Communicate clearly with customers about needed repairs and options
- Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Represent Airmasters with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HVAC service, appliance repair, or a related mechanical field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 certification required
- NATE, HVAC/R, or ESCO certifications preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
