What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll support individuals to live full, self-directed lives by helping with:
- Daily routines and personal care
- Medication administration (CRMA training provided)
- Community outings, appointments, and social activities
- Emotional regulation and healthy relationships
- Meal prep, household tasks, and independent living skills
- Clear, supportive daily documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, compassionate people who care about others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required at all sites)
- Ability to pass required background checks
No experience? No problem.
