Estimated Gross Settlement Opportunity: $4,900–$10,500+ Per Week
Location: Southeastern United States
Work Location: On the road
Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Lease-On Opportunity
Your Truck. Your Business. A Stronger Operating Opportunity.
Trucking & Hotshot Services, LLC (“THS”) is recruiting experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for lease-on opportunities with a Texas-based motor carrier operating throughout the Southeastern United States.
This opportunity is designed for professional owner-operators seeking more than basic dispatch services. Qualified contractors receive access to freight opportunities, operational coordination, settlement support, compliance assistance, and specialized-load planning.
Opportunities are available for owner-operators hauling:
- Legal-width freight
- Specialized freight
- Permitted over-dimensional freight exceeding 102 inches and up to 16 feet wide
- Regional and over-the-road freight
- Mixed freight based on equipment, qualifications, and customer demand
Over-dimensional experience is welcomed but is not required for every opportunity.
Current Revenue Opportunity
Current operating trucks are generating approximately:
$7,000–$15,000+ in weekly gross truck revenue
Estimated owner-operator gross settlements currently range from approximately:
$4,900–$10,500+ per week
Gross settlement amounts are calculated before the owner-operator’s business expenses, taxes, fuel, maintenance, insurance obligations, tolls, permits, and other applicable deductions or operating costs.
Actual results vary based on:
- Freight availability
- Equipment type
- Operating area
- Customer demand
- Driver availability
- Load acceptance
- Specialized-load qualifications
- Weather and market conditions
- Individual business performance
Weekly revenue, settlements, freight volume, and mileage are not guaranteed.
Operational Support
THS provides recruiting, onboarding, administrative, and operational-support services designed to help qualified owner-operators remain focused on freight movement and business performance.
Support may include:
- Professional dispatch and load planning
- Weekly settlement coordination
- Customer invoicing and billing support
- Compliance and document assistance
- Permit acquisition coordination
- Over-dimensional routing support
- Commercial route planning using Trimble PC*MILER®

- Successful onboarding
- Completion of all required documentation
- Carrier approval
- Completion and verification of qualifying freight
- Submission of required delivery and settlement documents
Eligibility, timing, deductions, and program terms will be explained before enrollment. Participation is not guaranteed.
Home Time
Home time is flexible and coordinated between the owner-operator and the Dispatch Team based on:
- Freight availability

- Acceptable driving and safety history
- Ability to satisfy carrier and FMCSA qualification requirements
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
