- Location: Archwood Senior Living – Salem, WI
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Full-Time
- Starting Pay: $19/hour
- $2 weekend differential

We are seeking a dedicated caregiver or med tech to join our care team during the afternoon and evening hours. In this role, you’ll support caregivers while also providing hands-on care and administering medications.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support second shift caregivers to ensure high-quality resident care
- Provide direct resident care with compassion and professionalism
- Pass medications in accordance with CBRF standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
- Communicate effectively with leadership and families
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in assisted living or a CBRF setting (required)
- CBRF Medication Administration Certification (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect
- Every other weekend schedule (required)
