Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this full-time role, you will help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and independence. You’ll work with a diverse patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
- Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive techniques
- Recommend and educate on assistive devices and home modifications
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations
Minimum Requirements (California)
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California (in good standing)
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification (from American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Ability to manage a full caseload and work independently
Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
