Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care across various settings, including outpatient, home health, schools, and daycare environments. This role focuses on promoting mobility, improving functional independence, and enhancing overall quality of life for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and those requiring rehabilitative care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function, mobility limitations, and therapeutic needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
- Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other support staff to ensure effective care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment, adhering to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT preferred).
- Experience in pediatric therapy strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with outpatient, home health, school-based, or daycare settings is a plus.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to develop effective, individualized care plans.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care in dynamic environments.

Pay: $63.00 per hour
