We are a growing insulation company looking for a motivated assistant technician to work alongside our lead Spray Foam Installer on residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. It’s a chance to learn a specialized trade, gain real field experience, and grow into a highly skilled Spray Foam Technician.
The right candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. No prior spray foam experience is required, we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:

Assist the lead installer with spray foam insulation installation.

Prepare job sites, cover surfaces, and set up equipment.

Load and unload materials and tools.

Help maintain spray equipment and keep the truck organized.

Clean and prepare work areas before and after installations.

Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and construction environments.

Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Comfortable working on ladders and around construction equipment.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person).
