COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST 1 – JOB # 46-26

Under the direction and supervision of the assigned Area Credit Administrator or Credit Manager, Credit Analyst will prepare formal credit analysis on new credits and renewals of large credit relationships, and all other duties necessary to support the goals and objectives of the Credit Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statement/tax returns/credit reports.
- Prepare spreads of financial statements/tax returns.
- Pull Dunn and Bradstreet Business Information Reports (DNB), National Associated of credit Managers (NACM Reports, and Lexis Nexis Reports.
- Prepare comprehensive write-ups and cash flow analysis for loans in excess of $500M.
- Analyze and prepare Annual Reviews for loan relationships in excess of $1MM.
- Attend weekly Senior Loan Committee meetings.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required with minimum of 12 hours of accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
- Banking and/or related background and/or related college level training
Skills and Abilities:
- Must perform well in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
- PC skills in financial analysis software including Word and Excel required experience.
