Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that delight our customers while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and kitchen protocols.
Duties

Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, using fresh ingredients.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
