Duties

- Oversee food production processes ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
- Implement and uphold strict food safety sanitizing procedures in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision planning and execution.
- Monitor shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely service, and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions on food handling, safety protocols, and culinary techniques to enhance team skills.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control initiatives, and menu pricing strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management.
- Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale catering events seamlessly.
- Supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams within fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in food safety practices, sanitizing procedures, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Strong background in menu planning, kitchen management, and food service operations across various dining formats including restaurants and catering services.
- Experience in managing dietary departments or accommodating special dietary needs is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team management, training, and motivating staff towards excellence in service delivery.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations, hospitality standards, and culinary trends within the food industry.
