Our Company:
Behaviors Plus is a medicaid waiver provider licensed and monitored under the Agency with Persons with Disabilities. We provide Adult Day Training, Companion, Personal Supports, and Residential Habilitation services to persons with disabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Caring for persons with disabilities, involving assistance with shopping, assistance with cleaning, socializing, working on life skills, assuring health and safety, writing progress notes and monthly summaries.
Candidates must:
- Have one year of experience in a care-giving role, preferably caring for persons with disabilities.
- Be able to pass a level 2 background screening.
- Possess at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Be friendly and respectful, calm demeanor, and patient.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving or Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
