Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across our facilities. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, production areas, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a pristine appearance, including floor buffing and care
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Assist with light custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and ensuring restrooms are fully stocked and sanitized
- Support facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs or adjustments
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing floors
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs and upkeep
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
