Marketing Operations – Smartsheet Strategy & Implementation Lead
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable Smartsheet Control Center.
- Develop the overall Smartsheet architecture, governance model, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflows.
- Build portfolio dashboards and reporting for operational and leadership visibility.
- Document system governance, ownership, maintenance, and handoff processes.
- Support onboarding, change management, and user adoption.
Required Skills
- Experience with marketing operations, workflow design, or work management systems.
- Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet.
- Smartsheet Control Center experience preferred.
Deliverables
- Implement a fully operational Smartsheet Control Center.
- Create standardized templates, workflows, and automation.

Pay: $50.00 - $59.82 per hour
