An Important Note on Professional Experience:
Independent Insurance Agency or Brokerage experience (placing new and renewals through multiple carriers) is a necessary skill. If your experience is limited to direct writers like State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, etc. (or you have no insurance experience) your background will not be a fit for our positions. Apologies!

We work with Independent Insurance Agencies seeking to hire experienced, growth-oriented insurance professionals. Our clients include; family agencies, mid-sized partnerships, agency networks, as well as large regional and national brokerages.
Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Group Health & Employee Benefits:
- Roles: Assistants, Customer Service, Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, Marketing and Placement Specialists, Department Leads and Managers, Office & Operations Managers, Accountants & Controllers
- Work Model: Most employers currently offer hybrid work schedules. Fully remote and traditional fully in-office options remain selectively available.
- Benefits: Specifics vary from employer to employer, but include PTO, Health and Ancillary Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan Options, etc.
Applicant Checklist:
- Experience within Independent Agency, Brokerage, or Wholesale environments.
- Experience with agency systems and productivity apps such as; Applied Systems (TAM, Epic), Vertafore (AMS, Sagitta, BenefitPoint or Employee Navigator, AIM, ImageRight), EZLynx, etc.
- Experience navigating various carrier portals for both new and renewal marketing as well as day-to-day account maintenance.
