Extreme Machine and Fab (EMF) is currently looking a Quality Manager who is dedicated to their work. The quality manager will oversee the existing quality department in a job shop type environment. This position will oversee both manual as well as CMM inspection of fabricated and machined components. The applicant will also assist in the inspection of components using both manual methods as well as using the CMM. Applicant will also maintain all of the associated quality documents for the equipment. The Quality Manager will be responsible for completing required inspection reports and documentation.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Reading and understanding Blueprints
- Applying inspection methods based on blueprints
- Use of Manual Inspection Equipment (micrometers, etc.)
- Programming and use of CMM (PC DMIS)
- Understanding of Geometric Tolerancing
- Maintaining Documentation for all Inspection Equipment
- Completing Quality Documents
- Thorough and Organized
Education / Experience:
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Use of Manual Inspection Tools (micrometers, etc.)
- CMM Operation and Programming Experience
- PC DMIS Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Engineering or Manufacturing Background
- Must be dependable and reliable

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
