Deluxe Fun Dining is looking for a talented, energetic Bartender / Mixologist who is passionate about craft cocktails, presentation, and creating an unforgettable guest experience. If you love high-end service, creativity, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere — we want you on our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Experience with premium spirits, wine, and champagne service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest interaction and upselling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and event nights
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency and high-quality presentation
- Create memorable guest experiences at the bar and on the floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Follow recipes, portion control, and inventory standards
- Support special events, private parties, and entertainment nights
- Contribute creative ideas for signature and seasonal cocktails
