We are looking for a seasoned travel advisor. We focus mainly on cruising with a focus on exceptional customer service. We strive to have an amazing relationship with our clients to ensure they have the absolute best cruise or travel experience possible.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to tailor customized travel plans.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation options, hotel selections, and activities to create seamless itineraries.
- Assist clients in booking cruises, flights, hotels, tours, and rental cars while ensuring all arrangements meet their expectations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with suppliers such as cruise lines and hotel partners to secure the best rates and availability for clients.
- Promote additional services like travel insurance or upgrades to enhance the overall client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel planning tools, booking systems, and reservation platforms.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for travel combined with a proactive approach to solving problems and exceeding client expectations.
- Previous experience working with diverse clients and adapting recommendations based on individual needs.
