The Tropics is hiring for 1-2 weekly bartender shifts plus additional coverage.
Must be available most days between 1:30pm-3am to be considered.
Looking for someone reliable, friendly, and comfortable running a solo shift in a neighborhood bar.
Bartending experience is preferred.
Strong customer service, self-direction, and consistency matter a lot in this role.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys connecting with regulars, staying productive during slower periods, and keeping the bar clean, organized, and welcoming.
