We are seeking a motivated and dependable Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Victorville clinic team. This part-time position provides direct therapy services to pediatric clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, follows therapy plans with consistency, and values teamwork. Sessions are one hour long in a 1:1 setting.
Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinic setting
Implement treatment plans as developed by care team
Prepare therapy materials and engage children using play-based and evidence-based strategies
Collect data and document session progress accurately and timely
Maintain a positive, professional, and child-friendly therapy environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
Valid California SLPA license (required)
CPR/First Aid
TB Negative clearance
Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team
