As we continue to grow our team, Hamed Homes is seeking a highly organized and process driven Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury residential construction company.

The Operations Manager will oversee many of the administrative and operational functions that keep projects moving behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys building systems, and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the company by supporting project managers, designers, vendors, and leadership through effective organization, documentation, process management, and administrative oversight.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate information across projects, ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently, and supporting the overall execution of company processes.
Core Responsibilities
Project Operations
- Create and manage purchase orders for active projects
- Collect, organize, and track vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Verify project information and maintain accurate records
- Support project teams with administrative and operational needs
- Assist in tracking project budgets, commitments, and documentation
Systems and Data Management
- Maintain Buildertrend and other company software platforms
- Manage CRM data and client records
- Ensure project information remains accurate and up to date
- Maintain digital filing systems and project documentation
- Generate reports and track operational metrics when needed
Vendor and Trade Coordination
- Request and organize pricing from vendors and trade partners
- Maintain vendor databases and contact information
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding and documentation
- Track certificates of insurance, agreements, and required paperwork
Process and Workflow Management
- Develop and improve operational systems and procedures
- Create consistency across project documentation and workflows
- Help identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support leadership in building scalable processes as the company grows
Administrative Support
- Assist with meeting preparation and internal coordination
- Maintain organized records across all departments
- Support leadership with operational projects and initiatives
- Help ensure deadlines, documentation, and administrative tasks remain on track
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or construction preferred
- Strong proficiency with software platforms and technology
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
