Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in property management systems such as FOSSE
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the overnight shift
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, emergency response, and property safety
Skills
- Extensive experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as FOSSE or equivalent hotel reservation software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with multi-line phone system expertise and phone etiquette mastery
- Resort experience or familiarity with hospitality reservation systems enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
