Work on scoped production features for Anyura and AwwBeauty. This internship is built around real shipped work: UI improvements, backend fixes, tests, docs, and small product surfaces that users can touch.
What you'll do:
- Build or improve AwwBeauty community surfaces such as feed cards, profile pages, reviews, notifications, search, or realtime UI updates.
- Add focused test coverage for Anyura workflows such as scheduling, billing, permissions, or patient communication.
- Fix UI polish issues across React, Next.js, Vite, and Tailwind surfaces using the existing design system.
- Help with small backend features using tRPC, Fastify or NestJS, zod validation, Postgres, Prisma, or Drizzle.
- Improve internal docs and generated API references so the next engineer can onboard faster.
You'd be a good fit if:
- Strong CS fundamentals and hands-on TypeScript or JavaScript experience.
- Some experience with React and Node.js.
- Comfortable with Git, pull requests, debugging, and reading existing code.
- Can communicate progress clearly and ask precise technical questions.
- Takes ownership of a scoped project and follows it through to verification.
Big plus, not required:
- Experience with Next.js, Vite, Tailwind, tRPC, zod, SQL/Postgres, Prisma, Drizzle, Playwright, or Vitest/Jest.
- Interest in healthcare software, consumer communities, beauty or medical aesthetics, or bilingual products.
- English/Chinese bilingual ability.
