Job Requirements:
At least 2 years in Heavy Civil Marine Construction
Proficient in crane hand signaling
Familiar with welding
Familiar with project methods from a crane barge
Willingness to learn BCI’s methodology for efficiency

Summary
As a Marine Construction Pile Driver / Dock Builder with 2+ years of experience, you will lead on-site pile driving and dock construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient operation from setup to completion. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will apply your crane operation, rigging, and load handling expertise to install piles, assemble dock structures, and coordinate with teammates. You will adhere to construction safety regulations, manage equipment, and support project timelines while delivering quality workmanship in marine environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and position cranes and equipment to drive piles and construct docks, ensuring load handling and rigging procedures are followed.
- Load, unload, and secure materials using appropriate rigging, hydraulics, and crane signals, maintaining strict safety and site regulations.
- Perform site prep and assembly of marine structures, including driving piles, aligning components, and verifying dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, report maintenance needs, and address minor repairs as trained.
- Coordinate with crew and supervisors to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
