Shift Hours: 8a-5p 2 Days a Week / Off Weekends Unless There Is An Emergency
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay
- Rate of pay is based on experience
- Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management.
- Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed.
- Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds.
- Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests.
- Prepares living units for new Residents.
- Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs.
- Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools.
- Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Learns and understands the door alarm system.
- Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire.
- Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds.
- Mechanical ability required.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required.
- Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
