Kilwins Burr Ridge is a locally owned chocolate and ice cream shop in the Burr Ridge Village Center, and we're hiring part-time crew members. If you're looking for a job that works around your schedule, has a genuinely fun team, and gives you room to grow into a leadership role, this is it.
No experience needed. We'll train you on everything.

What you'll do
- Serve customers at the ice cream, chocolate, and fudge counters
- Help make and package products in-store (waffle cones, caramel apples, boxed chocolates, and more)
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle the register and follow food safety and sanitation standards
Who we're looking for
- Upbeat and friendly with customers
- Reliable and on time
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work without someone standing over you
- Comfortable working with a team in a busy shop
- 16 or older. Students welcome, many of our crew members are in college or high school.
Schedule
- Part-time, roughly 10–20 hours per week (more hours available during summer and holidays if you want them)
- Weekday daytime and evening shifts, plus some weekend availability
- During busy seasons, we ask for at least two weekends a month
- This is a year-round position, not seasonal. We'd love for you to stay through breaks and come back next semester
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $15/hour, plus cash tips (tips are pooled and paid out weekly through payroll)

Physical Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, reach low shelves and overhead storage, and perform repetitive tasks such as scooping ice cream and packaging products.
