Are you the person everyone relies on to keep things organized, moving, and handled before anyone else even notices?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, details matter, and follow-through is everything?
Do you enjoy being the right hand to a leader, the person who keeps the business, communication, and day-to-day operations running smoothly?
If so, we should probably talk!
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the team owner, John Coleman. This is a high-trust role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the daily rhythm of a growing real estate business and helping keep both the leader and the team focused, accountable, and moving forward.
This role is ideal for someone with a servant’s heart who genuinely enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and handling the details that keep a business operating at a high level. You’re not looking to sit back and wait for direction; you naturally take initiative, anticipate needs, and help create momentum.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and highly dependable. You don’t let things fall through the cracks. If an answer is needed, you’re comfortable picking up the phone, sending the follow-up text, or circling back by email until you get clarity. You understand that in a fast-moving business, communication and follow-through matter.
No two days will look the same, and that’s part of what excites you. You enjoy being the steady, organized force behind the scenes that helps keep everything and everyone on track.
