Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a residential property. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional tenant experiences, maintaining property standards, and managing administrative and maintenance activities. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including showing units, processing lease agreements, and upselling available units or amenities to prospective tenants.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure the property remains in excellent condition; coordinate repairs and inspections as needed.
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio to perform data entry, rent collection, and record keeping efficiently.
- Enforce Fair Housing regulations and legal requirements related to landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other compliance standards.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone, email, or in person; resolve conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, legal documents, maintenance records, and tenant files; ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections, fence checks, yard audits, and safety assessments; respond swiftly to maintenance issues or emergencies.
- Negotiate lease or rental agreements with tenants while adhering to fair housing laws; upsell additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns proactively.
Training will be provided.
This is for a long-term position with room to grow.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
