We are hiring a CDL Driver Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is not just about sourcing candidates—it’s about building relationships, selling opportunities, and closing qualified drivers.

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for CDL drivers (A & B where applicable)
- Source drivers through platforms like Indeed, social media, referrals, and outbound calls
- Handle high call volume (inbound + outbound leads daily)
- Pre-screen drivers for qualifications, experience, and culture fit
- Guide drivers through the hiring process—from first contact to orientation
- Follow up aggressively to keep candidates engaged and prevent drop-off
- Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and compliance steps
- Ensure all hires meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Track daily activity, conversions, and hiring metrics
- Consistently hitting or exceeding weekly driver hire targets
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified, ready-to-work drivers
High conversion rates from application hire- seated driver
- Minimal fall-off between offer and start date
- 2+ years of CDL driver recruiting experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and driver qualification files (DQFs)
- Proven ability to hit hiring goals in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with heavy phone work and fast follow-up
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Experience with TruckRight, or similar ATS
- Background in trucking, logistics, or driver operations
- Experience recruiting OTR, regional, or local drivers
- Sales or commission-based experience (big plus)
