Petty Cash is looking for experienced, fashion minded individuals with knowledge of fabrics, styles, current vintage trends and sneaker to fill shift lead roles at our Houston store. Challenging, fun, boutique environment.
The leads will assist with all aspects of store performance through customer experience, customer satisfaction, sales monitoring, operational functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment. Leads will nurture relationships with resellers, creating a culture that reflects a positive and rewarding experience with the company for both customers and sellers.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Maintain store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and maintain operational standards
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Partner and work closely with Store Manager
- minimum 6 months of retail leadership experience
