Position: Roofing Service and Repair Tech
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, established roofing team. We are looking for a self-motivated service technician who can independently diagnose roofing issues, perform repairs, and deliver excellent customer service in the field.
Responsibilities:

Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage, leaks, and problem areas

Diagnose roof leaks and determine sources of water intrusion

Perform repairs, maintenance, and service work on existing roofing systems

Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper function
-
Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners

Maintain a safe job site and follow all company safety procedures

Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers and management
Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on residential roofing repair and service experience
-
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, flashing, and ventilation

Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing issues accurately
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Valid driver’s license required
