As a Recruiter, you'll become a trusted partner to businesses while helping job seekers find meaningful employment. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while building long-term relationships throughout your community.
Every day brings something different. You'll spend your time:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Building relationships with job seekers and guiding them through the hiring process
- Matching qualified candidates with client openings
- Partnering with local businesses to understand their hiring needs
- Conducting candidate orientations and onboarding
- Managing applicant pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Following up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Visiting client locations and attending recruiting events when needed
- Working toward individual and team placement goals while earning commission

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience who are eager to learn.
