Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards while maintaining safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food handling procedures meet health regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling orders, stocking supplies, and managing food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service delivery without compromising quality
- Support team members in various restaurant operations such as cashiering, food prep, and kitchen assistance to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are necessary
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, or kitchen tasks is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
