Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
Overtime Schedule: 5:00 AM–3:45 PM when overtime is needed
Optional Saturday Overtime Available

Job Impulse is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable using computers and wants to take on more responsibility than a typical warehouse associate role.
You'll work with both incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory, warehouse systems, and multiple departments to help keep products moving accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition
- Use computer systems to process shipping and receiving transactions
- Track inventory and help resolve missing, damaged, or incorrect materials
- Label, organize, and put away incoming products
- Work with production, inventory, and planning teams to keep materials moving
- Use shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip
- Assist with forklift operation and other warehouse tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or similar experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning warehouse software
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in this position
- Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and other departments
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk throughout the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
