Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services through an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Wyoming, MI. This position is employed by an independent AT&T Authorized Retailer and is not a corporate AT&T position.
This is a W-2 employee role offering a guaranteed hourly wage plus commission opportunities. No recruiting, team building, or business ownership responsibilities are involved.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting AT&T products and services
- Explain available plans, devices, and promotions
- Process activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Stay current on product offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required

Compensation
- Base Pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour
- Additional commission opportunities based on individual sales performance
