Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend smoothies, bowls, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate POS system for orders and payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling products to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Assist with cashiering duties such as cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Support food preparation tasks such as food prep, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café stays tidy.
- Follow all health regulations related to sanitation, food safety, and safe food handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Familiarity with POS systems is helpful but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and is important for accurate transactions.
- Experience in food preparation or culinary settings can be beneficial but not essential—enthusiasm counts!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude are essential for creating a positive guest experience.

**Desired applicants live within 15 minutes
**Must be available to work at least 2 night shifts per week (4pm-9:30pm)

Pay: $13.77 - $15.77 per hour
