Consistent Miles - Dedicated Account - Home Daily or Weekly Accent It, LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a hybrid local/regional dedicated account in Tar Heel, NC. This is a stable, high-volume role for drivers who want a predictable work-life balance and reliable weekly pay.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,172.00 – $1,613.00
- Top Earners: Can reach $83,000+ annually.
- Pay Structure: Per-load pay for short runs; CPM for long runs.

Route & Schedule
- Home Time: Home Weekly.
- Hybrid Schedule: Mix of 12-hour local shifts and regional OTR runs (2–3 times per week).
- Work Days: Mandatory weekends and holidays required.
- Shifts: Evening/Night shifts with start times between 15:00 and 23:00.
- Operating Area: 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC.
- The Work: 100% No-Touch Freight. Dedicated routes for a single customer.
Equipment & Perks
- On-Site Support: Maintenance team and office staff available on-site at the facility.
- Commute: Personal transportation is required to and from the Tar Heel terminal.

Strict Qualifications
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
