We are a full-service printing company specializing in screen-printed apparel. Our tight-knit culture thrives off of zealous, hard-working, fun-loving, professionals and we're looking to add an awesome Second Shift Picker /Packer to the team!
The Role:
You'll be responsible for efficiently and correctly picking, packing, and shipping orders from our Orlando warehouses, along with helping make our operation run smoothly. You’ll be working together with a team of others to ensure that orders turn into shipped packages, that shipping and receiving are handled efficiently, and that the operation in general runs smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Unloading & Loading of trucks
- Checking in stock quickly and efficiently
- Placing stock to shelf, checking stock levels, cycle counts, organizing material by the clients
- Sorting and making items available to ship by completing replenishment tasks.
- Logging for tracking purposes all activities, along with generally keeping a clean, safe, and tidy work environment
What we're looking for:
- Receiving product and stock putaway
- Experience in all facets of fulfillment
- Experience in RF scanning and cycle counting
- Experience in Excel, and or WMS software systems to track and store inventory
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player - you’ll need to be able to work well with others
- Strong communication skills - Must be a people-person!
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
What We Need/Physical Requirements:
- Able to be on your feet up to 10 hours
- Lift boxes 25 lbs to 50lbs.
- Work in a warehouse environment (not climate controlled)
