Position Overview
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll perform pest control services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You’ll receive hands-on training to develop the technical knowledge and customer service skills needed to provide top-quality service and support our community.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control services safely and effectively at client locations
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication and service
- Inspect and maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Follow company and state safety standards and procedures
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services (commission opportunities available)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (preferably with no points)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience not required — training will be provided
Additional Information
- NJ DEP licensing is not required at hire but will be a developmental goal of employment
- Achieving certification will result in a wage increase
- Background check and driving record review required for final candidates
