With Quality Restoration, The Restoration Technician (Laborer) will work with the team to assist property owners after traumatic events like fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Helping with the renovation to complete projects properly and in a timely fashion.

Skilled Labor Job Responsibilities:
Deliver 5 STAR Customer Experiences
- Perform tasks as instructed to meet the scope of the project and customer expectation.
Lead Operational Excellence
- Performs repairs and renovations tasks as needed.
- Perform construction in the areas of carpentry, painting, hang and finish drywall, flooring, and installing doors and windows.
- Assist with water loss projects: set up and removal of equipment.
- Manage physical inventory of the customer contents in our care.
- Assist in the remediation of customer contents
- Demolish, replace or construct walls, including framing, drywall and other finish-out functions
Build Talent in World-Class Culture
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep sites by clearing obstacles and hazards. Keep SAFETY 1st in all activities.
- Performs all functions in accordance with the "Yes I Can" philosophy. Providing support, backup and training, and performs work in other positions, as qualified, when needed. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned
