The Director of Total Compensation Strategy will partner with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of People & Culture initiatives that support the company’s vision, anticipated growth, and operational objectives. The Director will drive continuous improvement in key P&C processes, systems, and services that support the scalability and growth of the organization, ensuring the Center of Excellence is a demonstration of excellence in People & Culture.
Essential Functions

Lead the design, planning and execution of compensation initiatives, emphasizing pay-for-performance principles to attract top talent and drive associate engagement and productivity

Establish regular channels and processes to promote associate understanding of compensation philosophy and incentive plans

Provide strategic leadership over payroll and payroll initiatives including process optimization and collaboration across the COE and Finance & Accounting departments

Lead development of the P&C Dashboard process to measure impact and effectiveness of COE

Develop P&C audit structure, timeline and scorecard for Silver impact investments and partners

Lead strategic planning and execution for high-impact initiatives
Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Data analytics and storytelling to provide actionable insights

In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, pay-for-performance models and incentive programs

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
