RN Case Manager – Multiple Opportunities | Garden City, Long Island
Pay: $50–$55/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Winston Staffing is hiring experienced RN Case Managers for multiple openings with a respected healthcare organization in Garden City, Long Island. We currently have opportunities for:
- RN Case Manager – Inpatient
- RN Case Manager – High Risk
- RN Case Manager – Prior Authorization
This is a great opportunity for an RN Case Manager seeking a stable weekday schedule, strong career growth potential, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Positions begin onsite and can transition to a hybrid schedule after training and demonstrated independence.
RN Case Manager Qualifications:
- Active NYS RN license (BSN preferred)
- 1–5 years of acute care hospital experience
- Experience with utilization review and/or case management
- Knowledge of MCG guidelines, prior authorization, and care coordination preferred
- Familiarity with InterQual/Milliman criteria a plus
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
